Copyright infringement notice (DMCA)

Bazarma respects the intellectual property of others. If you believe that material on Bazarma infringes a copyright you own or are authorized to act for, you can send us a notice under the Digital Millennium Copyright Act, 17 U.S.C. § 512(c), using the form below or by email to our designated agent. We review every notice and remove infringing material promptly.

What a notice must include

1. Your physical or electronic signature.
2. Identification of the copyrighted work you claim is infringed.
3. Identification of the infringing material and enough information for us to find it (for example, the member's display name, where in the app you saw it, and a screenshot).
4. Your contact information, including an email address.
5. A statement that you have a good-faith belief that the use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
6. A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in the notice is accurate and that you are the owner or authorized to act on the owner's behalf.

Knowingly misrepresenting that material is infringing may make you liable for damages under 17 U.S.C. § 512(f). A photo of you taken by someone else is usually a privacy matter rather than a copyright one – please report it from inside the app instead.

Counter-notice

If your material was removed and you believe it was a mistake or misidentification, you may send a counter-notice to the agent address above under 17 U.S.C. § 512(g). We will forward it to the person who filed the original notice.

Repeat infringers

Accounts that repeatedly upload infringing material will be terminated in appropriate circumstances.
